At Cyclone2X Wholesale & Retail USA, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Every purchase includes a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee — in addition to a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. The straps are not covered under warranty
Compatibility: Before ordering, make sure that the nozzle of your leaf blower is 2" to 4" in diameter and circular. Cyclone2X.us does not offer refunds if you have not checked the compatibility of the Cyclone2X with your leaf blower beforehand.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Cyclone2X attachment. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.
- Product must be in original packaging and undamaged
- Customer pays for return shipping
- A $5 restocking fee applies
Please email info@cyclone2x.us to start a return. All return requests must be approved prior to shipping the item back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, Cyclone2X products are backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects or damage that occurred prior to or during delivery.
Note: Under the Manufacturer’s Warranty we do not issue refunds — only exchanges or replacements.

- 1st Generation Cyclone2X Attachment (No longer manufacturing)
- 30-day limited warranty
- ⚠️ Not designed for use below 32°F (0°C)
- 2nd Generation Cyclone2X Attachment
- 1 year limited warranty
- Designed to operate in temperatures down to -4°F (-20°C)
- ⚠️ Tying straps are not covered under warranty
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage that occurred during shipping or normal intended use
What’s Not Covered:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Non-compatibility with blower models
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use outside of designated temperature ranges
- Tying straps (classified as consumable accessories)
- Normal wear and tear
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request a replacement under warranty, email info@cyclone2x.us and include the following:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
- Your proof of purchase
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- Replacements will be issued for the same model, free of charge.
