Return Guarantee
The Cyclone2X is fully guaranteed for thirty days against any breakage due to normal wear and tear. We commit to sending you a new Cyclone2X, and you will only pay for the shipping costs. For manufacturing defects, please send us photos of the product with the identified issue. After evaluation, if conclusive, we will send you a new Cyclone2X free of charge, without shipping fees.

Compatibility
Before ordering, make sure that the nozzle of your leaf blower is 2" to 4" in diameter and circular. Cyclone2X.us does not offer refunds if you have not checked the compatibility of the Cyclone2X with your leaf blower beforehand.

Best Practices for Return Packaging
To ensure the Cyclone2X and its packaging are not damaged, the product must be returned inside its original box, which should then be placed in a bubble mailer, another box, or securely wrapped in plastic film.

Return Conditions
All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as received, without modifications or damages caused by misuse. Cyclone2X.us reserves the right, to refuse a full or partial refund if the product or packaging is damaged to the point of being unusable or if its resale value is diminished.

Processing Time
Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of your item. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
