Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only:

• All 50 states and Washington, D.C.
• Military addresses: APO, FPO and DPO
• U.S. territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands
• The Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau, by USPS

We don't ship to addresses outside the United States right now.

• Lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.: $10 flat rate per order.
• Alaska and Hawaii: calculated at checkout from live USPS, UPS and FedEx rates. You choose the service.
• APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories: calculated at checkout from live USPS rates. USPS is the only carrier that delivers to military addresses.

You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Checkout shows the carrier's estimated delivery time for each service. Those estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Military and territory deliveries usually take longer than deliveries to the lower 48.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it after you pay the new shipping cost. To change an address after ordering, email info@cyclone2x.us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.

If tracking shows your order delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email info@cyclone2x.us within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, and photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping for wholesale orders is quoted separately, based on order size and destination.

If we agree to ship an order outside the U.S. by special arrangement, it's final sale. The buyer pays all duties, import taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges. If the buyer refuses or abandons the package, we don't refund the order or the shipping cost.
